October Intentions

This is me being very open and transparent about what I want for myself. I hope this can inspire you to dig deep to figure out what you truly want, but also promise yourself that you'll hold yourself accountable and make these intentions a reality.




My intentions are:

  • To work on healing from the anxieties that stop me from driving to far places independently

  • To get into the habit of writing daily for myself

  • To get back into daily meditation and daily yoga

  • To practice more self-care routines

  • To read daily devotionals every morning

  • To practice self-compassion by being not being so hard on myself

  • 11pm bedtime every night (except Saturdays)

Write down your intentions in a place that you can see it often! I like to write this down in my planner to easily refer back to it!
