Writing Prompt:

Write a thank you letter to someone you love very much, no need to share, but keep it for yourself.

Being in the attitude of gratitude is something that's super important, vital to the way we live. Why not send little love notes to people you care about the most? I find it healing for the soul, even if it's selfishly just for you. Plus, with these thank you notes, your sender will be able to feel the positive energy. Gratitude can also be an incredible way to heal!
