Day 21: One Big Goal

I want to remind you that you're meant to do all that you feel called to do. Have a special desire that's been placed in your heart? Well, it's there for a reason. Despite the fact that we're still-- 7 months later-- in quarantine, and though we don't know when things are going to change, you should still live everyday to fulfill yourself. With that being said, you have a purpose. Is there something that you've been putting off?
For me personally, I haven't been as fit as I intended to be. Yes, I'm happy to announce that I'm thinner than I was earlier this year, as I was heavier than normal, but I'm not at my goal fitness wise. (And toned-wise!) I want to be strong and practicing yoga daily and going on long runs. (Oh boy do I miss those!) So that's my big meaningful goal that I'd like to achieve, get super fit once again. Because 1. I love the way working out makes me feel 2. I like being strong 3. There's always room for improvement.
For myself, I'll make an action plan of how to get there. Like what workouts I'll do and when, and scheduling out time so that I don't miss them. And of course, putting me first.
So I suggest that you think of what you'd like to accomplish, and set actionable steps. Don't forget to write down your why. That'll be what keeps you going.
